Work out tips and ways that really helped you lose some weight?

OK I weigh tooooooooooooo much for my age and i play alot of sports and dont get a break and i think i know why i weigh to much my mom always get McDonalds and nothing else.
so i wanna lose weight and get some muscle but not to much. So i need some tips and excersizes that really helped you lose weight or gain some muscle.

    1.) Exercise regularly (which you’ve already been doing)
    2.) Eat right (right amount of calories and healthy stuff)

    i suggest you try hot vinyasa yoga.

    its basically yoga practiced in a sealed room set anywhere from 75-100 degress. It takes the yoga to a whole new level of intensity. Not only does the heat help you sweat out impurities and oil, but it makes it even easier to shed weight. The yoga itself will help you strengthen your muscles and tone your body so that as you lose weight, you build up muscle and keep your body in good shape.

    Yoga does not usually sound too intense to people but believe me after just one session, I could feel all of my muscles tighten and feel the workout and the feeling prgressed into more sessions. I strongly recommend that you look into it. Its a great way to get into shape physically as well as spiritually too.
