Will biking make my legs slimmer?

I eat healthy and drink plenty of water, but I am still very unhappy with my wobbly legs. I was unsure though if going on bike rides would bulk up my leg muscle and make them look more masculine than femine, i’m going on a girly holiday in about 6 weeks and I really would like to look my best in a swimming costume.

Not really, it will add muscle to them making them larger but more toned

It will tone them, and you will feel fitter, because cycling is very good for other parts of your body also. Have a lovely holiday

Cycling is a good way to burn fat inc that on your legs. It will also tone them up and make them look better. You could also try a fake tan to make them look better. Enjoy your holiday!

It depends on whether you cycle in a high or low gear and whether you go on flat land or uphill. As long as you don’t put too much strain on your leg muscles they won’t build up and it will class as cardiovascular exercise. If you start putting strain on your muscles by powering up hills in a low gear you will gain a lot of muscle on your thighs (your calves won’t gain that much). Keep to flat land on a high gear and you should only lose weight.

    No, it will not.

To build big muscle is hard, more so for women. So do not worry about this.

Cycling will help you tone your leg muscles, and speed your heart rate so burning more fat.
You have to cycle at a good pace, that is more intensity than just a pleasant ride around the park. That is fine as a rest day outing, but little more. You need to speed up your heart rate for about 30 minutes in the bike at least twice a week.
It is a matter of intensity. Hills are very hard, so take them in stride as you begin. Slowly you will build the necessary strenght and endurance for them.
Cycling can be a very hard exercise and easily overdone, so go with care and add intensity to your rides gradually.

Cycling, in my opinion, is a great choice.

The way you write make it very easy to read. And the design you use, wow. Thats a really decent combination. And I am wondering what is the name of the design you use?
