I am losing weight by changing my diet. I am walking an hour everyday. My question is if I am losing roughly a kilo or 2.5 pounds every week , will I eventually reach a point where I will be the weight I am supose to be and not lose weight anymore?

you should do. but if by chance you seem to be going below your normal BMI or weight for your height, then you should increase your daily cal intake or seek medical advice.

Stop losing the weight when you are comfortable with the size and shape of your body.

i thinik that once your body gets to a weight where ur burning less calories, due to your size and the amount of exercise your doing the weight loss will slow….Hope that makes sense 🙂

Yes, it’s called a diet plateau. At that point you will have to decide whether or not you want to go on or if you are happy with your weight. If you do decide to go on, you will have to revamp your workout and recalculate your caloric intake to keep on losing. This is the hardest part of losing weight. You’re off to a good start, best of luck!
