Losing weight is hard. I know it and everyone who has tried it knows it. But it comes down to this- What are you doing wrong? What could you do better? In order to make a healthy weight change you have to definitely see a doctor first to diagnose any serious health problems that may be causing your weight gain. Once you’ve eliminated illnesses and such, you must turn to your diet and examine two important aspects- the bad things you eat that need to be eliminated (fatty fried foods), and the amount of food you intake( huge portions are NOT ok unless your eating for two). Then you look at your physical activities and analyze what you can do to help your body burn excess body fat and calories. You might want to do some cardio by doing some runs and what not. I think you might find it more enduring to change your lifestyle than to depend on some harsh chemicals to change your system. There could be serious repercusions to taking things like that. You want to be an ideal weight for your health. Take care of yourself not just on the outside but inside as well. Your heart, your stomach and other vital organs are what keep you alive in the end not the extra belly fat.

come on,you really dont know??cut off an arm!no,just joking…haha…do cardio and toning exercises 6 days/week and calorie shift your food portions..as long its all healthy foods,you can lose about 9-12 lbs/month,which is fast but also safe enough…dont go for silly fad diets…

Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :
1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)
2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)
3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)
4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)

1) Stick to healthy foods like vegatables, fruits, and lean meats. Avoid late night meals as your body will metabolize it into fat while youre sleeping. stick to 4-6 smaller meals a day rather then 1-2 large ones.
2) Exercise often. Do something you love, no matter what it is try to stay active for 30-60 minutes a day.
