whats the best ways to lose weight fast?

i only want to lose half a stone but i wanna do it in time for new years. is it possible. please give tips on exercise and what i should eat and anything else that may help

    alll fast weight loss is temporary. you will just gain it back and then some. you are better off just changing your eating habits and exercise

    depends if you want to do it permanently or just to fit in a dress for one night. Alot of people dehydrate to lose water weight and lose 5-10 lbs nearly instantly. But onc you drink water the weight will come back. try some cinnamon tea or other things that absorb water. like those “miracle pills” but all they do is dehydrate.

    Eat less, exercise more. I can’t tell you what to eat because I don’t know what you are willing to eat. If you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight though. Walking is a great exercise to start with if you aren’t already exercising.

    Some people prefer six small meals a day, and others prefer 3 medium meals. A big problem for a lot of people is snacking, try and stick to healthy snacks like nuts, carrots and fruit.

    As for exercise, you should aim to do at least 30 mins everyday, and it is proven to be better to exercise in the mornings.

    Simple, take in less calories than you burn.

    In other words, if you eat 2,000 calories, you simply have to exercise to burn a good portion of that off. So if you burn about 750-1000 calories through exercise, and the rest of your day isn’t completely laying around the house, you will loose weight. I can burn this much calories by riding the bike for an hour in the morning and walking on the treadmill at night for about an hour.

    Drink plenty of water, and skip drinking juice, soda (especially diet soda), and don’t ingest too much sugar (including high fructose corn syrup, etc.).

    Well you dont have much time cut down what you eat have small portions about 5 small meals a day drink lot of water and do some jogging if you can.
