I would say canned tuna. All those other types of fish are good, but they still have a lot of fat in them. Canned tuna in water has hardly any fat and is simple because it is already cooked and has no bones.

you can buy canned tuna in water which is low calories and has no fat. Also salmon is good because it also has low calories and sometimes no fat- or contains mainly good fats.

fish is good for you anyway . but canned fish has more fat.

The healthiest type of fish to eat would be cold-water fish such as the Atlantic Mackerel, Sockeye Salmon, and Certain Trout.

These fish contain EPA and DHA fish fatty acids that have been linked with everything from weight loss to reducing the risk of heart disease.

EPA and DHA are very beneficial Omega 3 fatty acids which are needed in order for your body to properly function.

These Omega 3’s are crucial for the maintenance of your energy and glucose metabolism.

Steaming is probably the best way to cook fish – as the fish will retain more nutrients.

Fish is usually sold without bones, unless you buy the whole fish.

Any white fish is good along with salmon and tuna. the only one i really avoid is mackerel because it is very oily, but yummy so its ok once in a while.
