i lost 5 stone with weight watchers over 2 years.

there are a couple of diets within the plan to choose from depending on your preferences but you dont need to cut out things you like on either, its about making the right choices. so i could still have the occasional choc bars and crisps whilst still losing weight

    good luck

Personally, I prefer the Body for Life book by Bill Philips for a guideline. He tells you what foods are good and bad and what exercises to do to help you get results quickly and safely. For instance, I had no idea before reading the book that a portion size is roughly the size of the palm of your hand.

I started this on the first of January and have already lost 4 pounds and 6 inches due to toning. I find it very easy to stick to in my everyday routine. The foods aren’t outrageous, they are things like chicken and beef and vegetables. The exercise is easy: upper body one day, cardio the next, lower body the next, then cardio again, repeat process.

He also lays all the facts down on the table that you need to know.

I have been on Weight Watchers since Mid Oct. I’m down 17 lbs. It is a flexible plan that is easy to stick to. I am using a at work program. You can use it on line or jone a local meeting in your area.
I like it because you have food options that are real. You just have to track what you eat and sty within in your point guidelines. You get an extra 35 a week so you can splurge from time to time. It also lets you add points back if you exercise regularly!
Explore there web site, the new momentum program is good.

Slimming World is amazing as you are encouraged to eats lots and lots of lovely food! I lost 2 and 1/2 stone with them and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed to. You get lots of support in the classes too and lots of ideas to help you keep to the plan and lots of recipes etc.

    Good luck!

Weight watchers is really good. You can basically eat what you want as long as you stay in your points. It helps you realise the portion sizes you should be eating. You can also go to weekly meetings or online. I am currently doing this plan and have not felt hungry so far. The meetings are full of people in the same situation and can be a great support network for you.

Whatever you choose it will take pure determination to succeed.

    Good luck…
