What’s an easy and quick way to lose weight and get in shape?

I don’t have the extra cash to put towards dieting pills and what not, I’ve always watched what I eat and I work out three times a week. But I still cant manage to lose the extra weight or get my body to look decent, I mainly need some help with the stomach and legs.
Any suggestions?

I wouldn’t recommend diet pills. They’re a waste of money no matter what you hear (take it from someone who used to try every single one on the market). I would suggest you start working out a bit more (4-5 days a week). Additionally, the 3-hour diet is the way to go. I have found this diet very helpful for myself. Eat every 3 hours. The first meal needs to be eaten within an hour of waking up, then a snack 3 hours later, lunch 3 hours later, snack 3 hours later, dinner 3 hours later. Don’t eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Snacks should contain 100 calories while meals should have no more than 400. Drink lots of water. Eat only healthy stuff. Snacks should be things like carrots, celery, low fat yogurt, almonds, low fat cottage cheese. Breakfast should be veggies and egg whites, lunch wheat bread with turkey, dinner should be something like veggies and chicken breast. If your stomach is an issue, diet is very important along with exercise. Good luck..hope that helped at least a little bit.

Legs and stomach are pretty much the hardest places to shed weight. First of all you need to incorporate a lot more cardio into your workouts like running, biking, rowing etc. Anything that gets your heart pumping and your blood flowing. You can only burn fat by doing these types of workouts. It sounds like you have a good diet plan working for you so I won’t comment on that much. Just try to incorporate more cardio exercises in your regular workout plan and on your off days try running a mile just to keep your body in the fat burning mood.

    hope that helps!

    Good luck!

I don’t think I was fat but I wanted to lose weight. I am 5’5” and weighed 155lbs. I lost 13 lbs in two weeks. The only exercise I got was from painting my house and I listened to my stomach. My mom has some Herbalife so I drank two milkshakes/day one for breakfast and one for dinner. And by listening to my stomach I meant that I only ate small portions when my stomach needed it. My uncle is a doctor(nutritionist) and he told my mom that she doesn’t have to lick the plate clean. Try to listen to your stomach and you might find that 1/2 sandwich will satisfy your stomach (maybe not your mouth) but it does help you lose weight.
BTW I didn’t take any of the pills from Herbalife, I just drank the healthy milkshakes.
Also try to eat 5 times a day(including the milkshakes) to keep your metabolism up and drink LOTS of water.

Consider core-strengthening exercises. Dieting could make up the 80% of your belly fat reduction regimen, but the 20% of it should be concentrated in exercises that strengthen all your core muscles and not just your abs. You should remember to exercise the biggest muscles in your body like your legs and back along with your midsections to burn more calories.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Losing weight and getting fitter is really quite simple. All you have to do is a few simple things. Firstly, clear your fridge of fatty junk foods. If there’s no temptation, you cannot fall. Secondly, stock up on watermelon and other fruits. Watermelon is excellent because it clears out your digestive system of toxins and waste, leaving you feeling and being healthier. Next, begin exercising every day. Do not go too hard. If running, don’t go fast or uphill, unless you want bulky muscle. A steady pace each day for a minimum of 30 minutes will allow you to shed fat and tone your body. Set a day each week when you each junk food, but try not to go overboard and ruin the work of every other day. Drink plenty of water, often when you think you are hungry, you are actually thirsty. If you are getting cravings, have a glass of water, wait 5 minutes, and then see if you still want food. This usually gets rid of those nasty afternoon hunger pangs for me!
Good luck, and I hope you get the results you want!!
