What’s a healthy on-the-go meal I can eat for a meal for cutting?

What’s a healthy on-the-go meal I can eat for a meal for fat loss? I can’t pack a lunch or anything and I need a healthy replacement for a meal (for cutting). I need something that’s dry and doesnt spoil and can be eaten as a meal (and also no/low in carbs). Any suggestions?

There are lots of great recipes for low fat savoury & sweet muffins – look one up – cook up a batch and carry them with you whenever you’re out & about!

I eat fruit, usually a banana and an apple. If you are eating anything packaged you will probably end up retaining water, which technically isn’t fat, but isn’t very good for you.
