What’s a good way to lose excess fat after weight loss?
After losing weight, I now find that my belly hangs way down. Just flab. I’ve had back surgery so sit-ups are a definite NO. Anyone with some other tips on getting rid of this, short of liposuction, please respond.

That’s not fat. It’s excess skin. The only way is surgery. If you have a lot of excess skin and you are willing to donate it for skin grafts, many doctors will remove it for free. You will have scars, though.
