what workouts can i do to flatten my stomach and to lose some fat in my thighs and arms?
what kind of basic workouts[running,jogging,crutches,etc.] can i do to lose some fat in my thighs and my arms?
also,i want to flatten my stomache;
i know crutches//sit-ups work,
but how often should i do it?
and how many do i do, and how long do i do it for?
