What will help me lose FAT faster?
I have 3 choices:
1. A detox diet where I eat as much as I want of fruits and vegetables and drink water. NOT starving myself.
2. A protein diet where I eat only 16 grams of carbs a day. Again, NOT a starvation diet. I can eat fish, cheese, eggs…
3. A low calorie diet: Oatmeal in the morning (about 200 calories) and then 6 diet shakes throughout the day, 100 calories or less each. That gives me a total of max 800 calories a day.
What do you think will work best and is most effective? How much can I lose in two month on any of these diets?
Answer MY QUESTION only! Do not come with any other tips or say things like “move more and eat healthily!!” I know all that 😉
Thanks guys! I’m still torn though =P Maybe I can mix all three. And even have a day where I eat whatever I want.. And also a couple days where I only eat soups. Just so you know, I WILL eat healthy after the 2 months 🙂

number 2 for sure. although you could lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks that way its the after you should pay some attention when you will start to introduce carbs again in your diet. good luck

I think the first would be easiest. And talk to your parents so they don’t freak out and try sending you off to a mental institute. Good luck!
