What to do to get my legs thinner and lose some fat on them ? not just legs…but mostly.?
Well basically for eating i gotta eat healthy rite ? less carbs n just less food i know that….
but what do i do to lose inches on my legs there kinda big. 22 inches…i want to be like 18 at least =[ . middle of my thigh…..do i walk ? run ? will muscle stretch it so there will be muscle and fat ? so dat means dey will be bigger ? PELASE HELP!

Run and do alot of cardio like 6 days a week.
also do lunges, squats, and stairs.
another thing, you should also diet, because working them out wont only do the work because the muscle will just push the fat out more, so you must diet and work out so the fat will burn off.
let go chips, cookies, soda, junk, etc. but you can have a cheat day once a week (but dont over due it on that day) eat less calories a day like go down 500 less than usual. and if you intake too many, work em out!
if you get a gym membership, it will be easier because they have different and various cardio machines.
