what should u do to lose fat quickly on hips, tummy and thighs?

i have heard that sit ups r good ? how many would be enough to lose the fat quickly?
i have heard that sit ups r good but r there any other exercisies?

    You can not target weight loss….eat less…that is called diet…move more…that is called exercise. Did you gain the weight quickly? Then take it off at the same pace. One to two pounds a week!

    Cardio – like running, elliptical machine, etc, along with strength training is the most efficient way. Sit ups will make your ab muscles strong, but you still have to burn off the layer of fat by getting moving. Strength training will build muscles which will increase your metabolism, which, in turn, helps your body burn more fat. Also a low-fat balanced diet is important.

    Its almost impossible to loose weight on specific areas. You can tone and build muscle in specific areas, but all of the areas you mention are places fat is stored. You need to do cardio, find something thats right for you, like kick boxing, dancing, jogging! Also the best way to loose weight is exercise in combination with a good diet!

    well if your serious about losing it.. i lost 75 lbs in 6 months on a modified version of the Atkins diet… i ate mostly protien which your body will metabolize very quickly, and after 14 days your body goes into kitosin which causes it to feed on it’s own fat thus reducing very quickly the extra fat around your trouble spots. but remember to take vitamins and drink lots of fluids low in carbs. trust me if you really look you can find all kinds of food and drink low in or no carbs.. but unlike the stricked atkins plan, i ate any vegetable i like and fruit… but when i did i had them as a meal not part of one…i also ate five times a day rather than two or three meals. but i ate healthy portions making sure to stop eating once i was comfortabley full.. very important. and remember exercise is key to any lifestyle change designed to lose weight..

    Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don’t over 60 minutes at a time.

    Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

    The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

    Don’t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
