I have found that Bee Propolis is incredibly effective at stopping both the cold and the flu!
I use the 500mg caplet. Take two every morning, noon, and night for one week. Your symptoms should cease the very first day! Works for me and my family!

For me as soon as I start to sneeze and I know I am coming down with a cold I take the Homeopathic Medicine Arsenicum Alb 200 and repaet it every 2 hours usually just three doses suffice in nipping the cold in the bud. Best medicine money can buy.

To dramatically reduce cold and flu symptoms eat fresh garlic mate …. mixed through your vegies and salads …… the raw unprocessed unpreserved version of garlic ……… Also eat other foods and condiments that are powerfull natural antiobiotics to bolster your immunity and health ~ onions, leeks, shallots, radishes, fenugreek, fresh gingerroot, chilli and plenty of raw salads and fruits and their juices……… ifyou find it difficult to eat hot spicy things try eating them with plenty of food and even small amounts of these things can help to expel infected mucous from your body and bolster your immune system ……. try grating raw garlic or expelling its juice in a garlic press or chop it into tiny pieces and mix through cooked foods and salads thus a little easier to tolerate…… or add some fresh garlic juice to your vegetable juice cocktail………. raw garlic and other plants from the onion family are superb powerful naturall antiobiotics and can help to eradicate and control infections from any part of the body…. even in cases where there is resistance to antiobiotic drugs….if you absolutely hate raw garlic and its odor then you can use the garlic capsules which aren’t as effective.
be carefull introducing new foods such as garlic into your diet though…. symptoms such as gastric distress, bloating, acid reflux, brain frizz, mood swings, constipation, achy bones etc.etc.etc.. ad nauseum…. can indicate that you are intolerant to that particular food…. so start slowly if you’re introducing a new food.
