You are still growing- if you diet too extremely, you will stunt your growth! And I’ve never heard of agaci.

First off, eat healthier. If you excercise, then eat a lot of fatty stuff it will barely make a difference if any. Also, keep determined and keep working at it. If you give up, then you won’t lose anymore weight. The best way to burn up fat and calories is to do vigorous excersizes. Things like track, running and such. Maybe you would also want to tighten up your stomach. Sit ups, curl ups, and stuff. You might even want to go to the YMCA or a work out gym/facility. If you eat more grains, vegetables and alternatives rather than meat, then it would be even better. You would be gaining less weight and it’s healthy for you.

Grains provide a lot of calories and they keep your energy up longer because they burn less faster. You can also go on a diet. Also, keep this in mind: do not over do or rush yourself. Do not starve yourself either. It’s better to lose weight longer but safer, rather than faster but unsafer. I think people are fine the way they are and I will accept people no matter who they are as long as we get along.

Good luck on your losing weight thing! Diet and excersise. Don’t go using electronics too much and such. Remember, physical activity. Walk as much as you can and such. When you run, do not sit down right away. Do one more lap walking or something. Walk for a little while then you can sit/rest. Sitting or resting right away is bad for you.

You aren’t overweight. Girls always think they are. Besides, if you are 12, your still growing -don’t worry ’bout it.

    Try Low Glycemic Index foods.
Eating a lot of high GI foods can be detrimental to your health because it pushes your body to extremes. This is especially true if you are overweight and sedentary. Switching to eating mainly low GI carbs that slowly trickle glucose into your blood stream keeps your energy levels balanced and means you will feel fuller for longer between meals.
o Low GI diets help people lose and control weight
o Low GI diets increase the body’s sensitivity to insulin
o Low GI carbs improve diabetes control
o Low GI carbs reduce the risk of heart disease
o Low GI carbs reduce blood cholesterol levels
o Low GI carbs can help you manage the symptoms of PCOS
o Low GI carbs reduce hunger and keep you fuller for longer
o Low GI carbs prolong physical endurance
o High GI carbs help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise
