What is the muscle called where the shoulders meet the neck?

I think its a muscle. Some people don’t really have it as defined but on bodybuilders you can usually see it clearly. It makes your neck look thicker and shorter.

deltoids are the shoulder muscles. maybe its the trapezius(traps), which is above the back and under the neck, in between the shoulders.

That is your trapezius muscle. It is very important to olympic lifters.

Deltoids are on the outside of the upper arm.

Spot on with this write-up, I actually suppose this website needs far more consideration. I’ll most likely be once more to read much more, thanks for that info.
