I would be really interested to understand the answers to these as well, ive also just purchased Adios (the pink packet, extra strength i think) I have always been very successful losing weight following a healthy eating and exercise plan, and this is exactly what i am doing this time but… for some reason its just not shifting this time so was hoping these may give an extra boast as they help your liver (healthy liver = more effective body at getting rid of fat) but they also boast that they can boost your metabolic rate… would be really keen to know how you also get on!
