What is the most effective way to build core muscles and lose fat fast?
I could use diet and exercise help! My day usually consists of a 2 mile run in the morning, pushups throughout the day, maybe a few crunches, and a relatively lowfat diet. I’m definitely seeing results from doing it for a while, but I need to step it up. Any suggestions?
