What is the most effective diet to lose weight that there is?
So one with the best results, maybe easy to stick to, easy to maintain??? Quickest results?

    juat eat fruit and drink water for 1 week and you will loose up to 10 lbs

    You’ve got to excercise, mostly on cardio. Like running, biking, situps, crunches, pilades

    The no-eating diet. I did this for 3 months and lost 6 stone. The weird thing is I drank water constantly and never felt hungry. Maybe you should try it.

    The most effective way to lose weight is by eating 5 -6 meals a day full of unprocessed foods. Lean meats such as chicken, turkey and red meats. Also good healthy nuts like almonds. Also fresh vegetables and fruits (but not too many fruits because fruit is loaded with sugar, although natural too much is not good for you.)

    Calorie counting is a very effective way to lose weight – using the above foods. There is an article on it at the site below – this will help you.
