What is the most amount of weight you have lost? How did it happen (through diet/exercise…..diet pills…weight watchers…..personal trainer…….sickness…etc) How long did it take you? And have you kept the weight off?

25 lbs most lost, that was because I was eating only one meal a day(not healthy i know), and I was going to the Y, for a month or two. I have gained around 10 back since then and that was a year ago, but maintained it because I work at night and really late so I sleep all day..around 12 hours of sleep, so then Im not eating.

well i was pregnant and gained 60 lbs. I started at 125 lbs. I had my son in june and lost like 15 lbs overnight. I have sense been eating very healthy and i got a gym membership in aug. I have seen dramatic results in 2 months. I lost another 15 lbs and lots of inches. I still would like to lose 20 more. I was stuck for awhile and actually gained 5 pounds, but it was all muscle. I then began to lose again. Its a hard process but I want back in to my little jeans.

I lost 100lbs on Atkins and 30 minutes on my ski machine every night. It took approximately 8 months. I kept it off for 3 years, until my hysterectomy and now the weight is slowing returning.

I lost about 3 1/2 stone in about 11 months, starting off at 14 stone 2 and dress size 18 I’m now at 10 stone 7 and a size 12-14, all thanks to my bike and cutting down on all sugary/fatty foods, I used to bike ride to work every day 5 days a week which is half hour each day total and did loads of walking on the weekends, still treated myself once a week to a day where I just ate what I wanted. also I lost 9lbs of it in 8 days through following a special fat burning foods diet and I never put the weight back on, its like a thourough detox which cleanses everything out of you aand it really works. Adios tablets DO NOT work, been there done that. I’m still losing the weight now, following the slimfast diet, hopefully to get to between 8 1/2 stone to 9 stone so only about another 22lbs to go.

I lost 25lbs through Weight watchers. It took me about 2 months and it’s been about 2 yrs and have kept if off for the most part (gained 5lbs back). Go to weight watchers the meetings are great at motivating.

I lost 200 lbs of dead weight last year. I did it by walking out on him.
Seriously though, I’ve lost 60 lbs before on the Atkins diet. Granted after 4 years of the above mentioned dead weight, I gained it all back and then some. I ate junk food and didn’t exercise, so it was my fault.
I’m starting back on it on Monday.
