What is the most amount of weight anyone has lost in 3 weeks?

…and how did you do it? Would be interested to hear from women weighing about 145-165. Looking for a quick term fix, mad ideas that worked for you etc. (and this is just a quick term fix for a holiday, in case anyone thinks its unhealthy) and I dont mind if I put on some weight again AFTER the holiday!!:)

    For myself, I went from 282lbs (i’m 6′ 2″) down to 258 in 3 weeks. Basically, I cut down on the amount of foods I ate, staying away from anything with TONS of calories. The main fact to losing wait is simple…

    “When your comfortably full, pull the fork/spoon out of your mouth and get the hell away from the food.”

    Best dieting advice I can give.

    i actually bought diet pills from this website and you can easily lose a pound a day but you do put it back on when you come off them and they also give you bad breath and make you feel edgy so not really worth it when you read the scales and realise you have put the weight back on…

    you could just eat fruit and veg, no carbs , loads of water and exercise every day xxx

    If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…
