What is the ideal body fat percentage for a basketball player ?

I’m 6’4 190 pounds and 11 percent body fat. What is a nice weight and body fat percentage for me if I want to play Shooting Guard or Small Forward?

    don’t worry about body fat percent, rather you want your weight to be at the level that gives you the most energy and strength without tiring… concentrate on flexibility, strength, endurance, control, and accuracy… you do that and your body fat percentage will sort itself out

    Well, Kobe Bryant stays between 8-10%, but most in those positions keep their body fat in the single digits.
