What is the easiest way to lose baby weight?

I have always been small & never had to lose weight. I just had my third child & don’t plan on having anymore. I need some suggestions on how to get this weight off.

CARDIO!!!!! Walk as much as you can and watch your calorie intake make sure to add lots of veggies and fruits to your diet and lean meats and don’t deprive yourself. If you do this you will drop your weight in no time

    Hey
Shedding weight can be a challenge , but it is such a worthy accomplishment

I have lost about 40 pounds since the new year. That may not seem like alot to some, but I think it is a healthy amount and I will continue on my plan. The plan I found was recommended by my doctor and I found it at http://healthcrib.com/Weight-Loss/ . It was the first program on there and it has been wonderful; a real blessing. Since losing this weight I can wear alot of the old clothes that I never got rid of and I am looking like I did 10 years ago. I also have tons more energy and got rid of my cravings for a lot of those bad foods.

Hi there, firstly you have to wait at least 6 weeks until you start any exercises after having a baby. But then you must ease youself into it, i found Davina McCalls DVD very good, maybe 2-3 times a week, then once my fitness level had increased i joined a pilates class (good for your pelvic floor) and the odd run. But a really suggest walking with the pram, its a great way of fitting in exercise with baby. If your breast feeding, No Diets!!

Please enjoy the early days with your baby, once they are gone they are gone, then you can worry about exercise. Good luck XX

My wife had a lot of success after reading this article (http://www.squidoo.com/safepregnancyweightloss). She was concerned about safe weight loss because she was breastfeeding and didn’t want to risk anything with some weird “fad” diet. The product they talk about worked great for her. She basically got to create her own custom “diet” based on foods that she likes. She made one for me and I lost like 15 pounds. But anyway she loves it and found that she consistently lost about 2-3 lbs. a week. It was cheap too compared to the commercial diet plans. Anyway, I hope this helps, good luck!

some easiest ways are given below-
    # Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day. Replace your high sugar beverages such as sodas and juices with some water and a squeeze of fresh lemon. You could also try flavored seltzer water which has no calories. You can cut out hundreds of calories a day this way.
    # Keep healthy snacks handy such as raisins, popcorn, wheat crackers, and nuts. Refuse to buy store-bought baked goods or junk food.
    # Eat lean meats such as boneless chicken and the leanest cuts of beef.
    # Eat whole grains (breads, cereals, pastas) instead of the “white” versions
    # Don’t be fooled by foods that are labeled as nonfat. Some are loaded with calories and can have hydrogenated vegetable oils and/or high fructose corn syrup, neither of which are healthy. Read your labels!
    # Resist the urge to indulge in a fast food meal. Or if you do, order the salad and not the fat-filled burgers and fries.
