Here what you need to do:
1- Try to eat less, don’t starve your self, eat everything you want to eat but with smaller amounts.
2- try to excercise for 15-30 min a day.
3- think of food as “fuel” and not “flavor”
4- to motivate yourself.. tell your self that cookies and pizza are sweet but being thin is alot sweeter.
5- eat whatever you want ( small amounts ) in lunch, eat fruits at breakfast and dinner.
6- drink alot of water, fun fact: hot water is so useful for losing weight, but still cold water won’t make you gain weight. lol
7- always keep thinkin about how happy will you be when you become thin.

So start by cutting 350 calories off your daily diet.Step 3:Switch to lean proteins like chicken and fish because they will keep you fuller longer and are less in calorie.Step 4:Cut carbs out for the next 2 weeks, you’ll definitely understand at the end of the 2 weeks how many extra calories they give you.Step 5:Eat lots and lots of vegetables.Step 6:Work out at least 1 hour a day. Go for a walk, ride a bike, lift some weights.
