There is no way to lose weight *fast*. It takes a lot of time. Exercise daily and eat healthy and keep at it if you want to keep it off. Any pills or weight loss supplements are fake and can cause heart disease and live problems and waste of money.

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 6 pounds recently when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the guidance given on the website in the box below.
