DRINK LOTS OF WATER..EAT LESS CALORIES AND BURN MORE THAN YOU EAT..ITS PRETTY MUCH THAT SIMPLE..DON’T DEPRIVE YOURSELF OF THE FOODS YOU ENJOY EATING ..IT WILL ONLY CAUSE YOU TO CRAVE IN AND GO OFF THE DEEP END AND SPLURGE!! IF U WANT SOMETHING..EAT IT..JUST DON’T OVER EAT IT AND IF IT MAKES YOU FEEL THAT BAD ABOUT IT THEN WORKOUT A LITTLE EXTRA THE NEXT DAY.. ALSO I HAVE LEARNED THAT JUST PUTTING ON SOME MUSIC AND DANCING IS AN AWESOME WAY TO WORKOUT..BECAUSE UR HAVING FUN AND SO YOU DON’T NOTICE ALL THE PAIN ECT..AND TWO YOU WORKOUT WAY MORE MUSCLES AND ONES THAT MOST MACHINES CAN’T WORK OUT FOR YOU..GOOD LUCK!!

One of the best ways to lose weight is by running every day or every other day. Run at least 2 miles a day. You need to be active for 30 minutes since this is when you start breaking down the fat. Also, before you eat drink a glass of water this will help you not to indulge on extra food. And of course the usual eat healthy and if you can’t stay away from sweets one good way is to just taste it (just a tad) to satisfy that sweet tooth or eat veggies and fruits instead. Don’t eat too much fruits since they have sugar. Vary your food. Also try to eat less red meat. Do some type of aerobic or yoga everyday (should do it after the running). Finally, eat 5 times a day in small portions (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner). Oh yeah, don’t eat pass 7:00pm. Hope this helps =)
