    One of the best ways to lose weight is by running every day or every other day. Run at least 2 miles a day. You need to be active for 30 minutes since this is when you start breaking down the fat. Also, before you eat drink a glass of water this will help you not to indulge on extra food. And of course the usual eat healthy and if you can’t stay away from sweets one good way is to just taste it (just a tad) to satisfy that sweet tooth or eat veggies and fruits instead. Don’t eat too much fruits since they have sugar. Vary your food. Also try to eat less red meat. Do some type of aerobic or yoga everyday (should do it after the running). Finally, eat 5 times a day in small portions (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner). Oh yeah, don’t eat pass 7:00pm. Hope this helps =)
