What is the best way to lose some belly fat so my stomach could look thinner?
I am just wondering how I could lose some of the belly fat on my stomach because I want to lose it pretty soon. I don’t want to lose it in a week (it could take a couple months if needed), and I am curious to know what the best way to lose it with only very little workout? Any advice is welcome.

Spot reducing is pretty impossible. You have to lose the fat everywhere so Just keep exercising and eating healthy.

Try and drink only a bottle of water a day.Eat 2 salads for lunch and dinner and no breakfast.U can lose 4 puonds 1 day like that
