What is the best way to lose body fat quickly?

Looking for ways I can do this in the gym or through nutrition.

    cardio mixed with strength training helps! Also drink lots of water and not so much pop (don’t know if you already do that, cause i personally have a pop drinking habit lol) Just work out and don’t be too hard on your body you don’t want to wear it out too fast either =)

    You should do some strength for each part of your body and do some walking or running/jogging….
    also eat 3 healthy meals and 1-2 snacks
    drink lots of water and milk….not a lot of other drinks
    and every time you eat or drink something bad you should punish yourself by adding extra exercise like an extra mile of running or something….it works for me I hope it works for you too!!!

    There are certain proteins that will help utilize the body’s fat. Look into adding certain proteins to your diet as well. A well rounded exercise and weight loss system will help. I’ve lost 32 pounds in 69 days. I think this is pretty quick. I know of somebody who has lost 40 pounds in 43 days on the same system that I am on.
