I know it’s going to be difficult, but you’re going to have to cut back on the soda. Now, to lose belly fat fast:
1.) Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.
2.) Naturally boost your metabolism with nutrition (there are programs to help you with this).
3.) Get proper nutrition and avoid fad dieting (low carb, low fat, low calorie, etc.)
4.) Do high intensity (sprinting, etc.) and resistance training (especially compound weight lifting such as bench presses and squats) at least 3 times a week.
Do the above and follow a solid diet plan based around boosting your metabolism and you’ll shrink stomach fast and easy.

Your Pop has as many calories as beer. Those cokes are going straight to your belly. If you want to lose fat, you first need to cut down on the pop. Cut the fat out of your diet, and cut your calorie intake. Isolating your abs will only make your belly look bigger. Full body workouts like circuit training, cardio and aerobics are much better fat burners. Also, bad man made hormones like xenoestrogens are generally stored in our belly fat, making it more difficult to burn off. Eating cruciferous vegetables will help eliminate those from your body. Heating food in plastic containers is a major source of man-man hormones. I use glass containers.
If you keep drinking that coke and using work as an excuse to get no exercise, your gut will keep growing. Try coffee (NOT loaded with cream and sugar) If it’s the caffeine you need, take some pills.
The old adage goes, Keep doing what you’ve always done and you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got. If you want to change your belly, you need to change other things in your life, Like eating more vegetables and fruits, less fat carbs and sugar (ahm, coke). Spending 20 minutes a night doing weight training or yoga or running.

Tyler — You’ll need to cut down on the coke — no food value there. Also, the caffeine it contains isn’t good either. Eating 5-6 smaller meals every day will keep your metabolism high and help you burn fat. You’ll have to make some time for that, instead of working all the time. Proper nutrition and a regular, full-body exercise program are essential requirements for fat loss.
