I Would Love To Lose 10-20 Pounds, But I Have Been Trying For About A Year And Nothing Has Happened! I Am A Size 11 Juniors And I Would Like To Be A Size 7. (I’m 5’7 So I’m Not OverWeight But I Would Like To Be Skinnier)I’ve Been Excersising And Eating Healthy But When I Loose A Few Punds I Just Gain It Back! How Do I Loose About 10-20 Pounds Quickly?

It depends what you do when you are losing weight.
How often are you exercising? Try cardio for about an hour with weights. Using weights increases muscle which will therefore increase your metabolism burning fat. muscle burns fat!!!
Eat fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water – 8 glasses a day. Cold water speeds metabolism!

Eat 1500 calories or less a day and you will lose it fast!!
