theres a pill you can get from your doctor but only if youre very overweight is called reductil or something its very good i know someone on it.
most of the pills you can get over the counter dont work.
dont take that one theyre advertising in boots either it makes fat leak out of you, very unpleasant.
the best idea is to exercise and eat smaller portions, most pills wont work.
i have tried supplements for example acai berry and they helped a little but are not worth the expense and definitely dont get a free trial its usually a scam.

They are all expensive scams, you are lucky not to have a few posts advertising one or two.
They all recommend a change in diet and lifestyle and it is you plus these changes that do the work, they just aake your money.

This was a truly very good submit. In theory I’d wish to write like this also – getting time and actual effort to make a good piece of writing but what can I say I procrastinate alot and by no means seem to obtain some thing done.
