What is the best diet to lose weight and lower blood pressure?
I really need to lose weight and lower my blood pressure. What is a diet that would address these issues?? I just realized that my microwave meals are LOADED with sodium. I am not a very good cook, also.

Look up vegan meals. Vegan diets have no cholesterol and will 100% of the time, lower blood pressure. And you lose weight to boot. It also cures type 2 diabetes over 95% of the time.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. Processed foods are loaded with all kinds of different salts, as you’ve found out.
Any diet that makes you lose weight will also make your bloodpressure go down as you do.
Dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa) also has some unique ingredients that lower bloodpressure, but you have to take the calories into account.
You don’t have to cook much. Cook big stuff when you do cook, and cook it without salt. Then throw it in some tupperware and in the fridge or freezer. Keep in mind that you do require SOME salt – but not much.

Low fat and low sodium.
For prepackaged things like soup or tv dinners ALWAYS get low sodium. Healthy choice is always low sodium, so try those.

ALL YOUR BLOOD WILL FLOW TO ‘YO’ HEAD AND YOUR PRESSURE WILL DROP (DUH). It’s true, my sista maria did it and she weighed lika uh 500 lbs, now she a toothpick.

should do self cooking to limit 1500mg sodium/day to lower BP. Use vegetable salt, ketch-up tomato, brewers’ yeast instead of sea salt.
Most vegetables have only 20 carlories per serve or about 150 carl per pound like Daikon, cabbage, kelp, watercrest; etc. as salad or grinded paste. Veg soups with little oats make you feel full quickly.
carb foods make you feel hungry and eat more.
Sleeping is one of methods to loose weight, dont feel hungry.

Losing weight can be hard , but it is a worthwhile endeavor
I needed to lose some weight too for health reasons and I began searching on the Internet. I came across http://www.healthcrib.com.
