eat healthy but dont deprieve yourself of foods you love, measure your food for the accurate serving size and jog around the block or join a cheap gym that can give you some motivation. if you have a habbit of eating when your bored occupy your self with something, easier said than done i know but dieting and losing weight requires a change in life style in one way or another. good luck im sure you’re beautiful just the way you are though, just stay healthy when dieting and be ready for the time when it gets hard to say no to whatever you love doing that you think is a main cause to where you are, depending on if you’re extremely over weight. good luck with everything!

Well I think the average is higher than the “heathly” weight of and 18 year old girl.
The average is around 135, but a healthy weight on the BMI scale is 125.
I am 5’5″ and I weigh 115 and still look healthy.
Good exercize to lose weight is running and a lot of cardio (at LEAST 30 mins a day, five days a weak) mixed with weight training to build muscle.
*weight training should be done every other day or else it will tear muscle tissue and won’t have time to heal*

probably around 130-140 lbs, but 115-125 is healthiest.

If you hate exercising — as I do — try to find activities that aren’t gym-like exercises. Mow the lawn, wash the car, vacuum, walk the dog, walk to the store instead of driving. Not only do these activities get you away from the fridge, you have accomplished something that needs to be done anyway.
As far as the average weight for that height/age, I’d say it’s probably about about 135-140. But I think a good weight for that age/height is between 115 to 125, depending how much muscle you have.
