You want to cut back on your calories AND fat. Try to eat lean meats with complex carbs.

    calories

u lose weight by eating less cals than u burn in a day, that sthe key to fat loss

Fat isnt as bad as people think, actually the fat u eat doesnt make u fat, simple carbs and sugars are what u want to avoid on a diet, they turn to fat.

But in fact some fats are good for ur body, so u dont want to avoid fats all together. stay away from trans and limit saturated. but the fats that r in nuts and some oils, like olive oil, are very good for u. Low fat diets are unhealthy because the deprive u of these good fats that ur body needs.

You just have to be physically healthy doing daily workouts. You need to be active for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week doing certain activities. Just walking is a great work out.

If you want to learn more information on losing weight with what activities you should be doing you can visit http://workithealthy.blogspot.com/2009/04/get-fit-get-healthy.html it has alot of good information.

Well I honestly think calories are more important. A calorie is a calorie. Anything not burned up at the end of the day is stored as fat. Fat has more calories per gram than protein or carbs, so thats why if you eat a lot of fat, you might be eating more calories. When eating fats, make sure you eat healthy one like almonds, peanuts, olive oil…those kinds of fats are good for your heart.

personally i would say fat as thats how much ‘fat’ you get,diet/fat you know what im saying?

also foods that are very low in fat whne eaten lots would build up calories but i doubt u would get fat

Mr. Angry is correct. it’s always about calories in vs. calories out.

Good healthy fats are essential to our health and well being.

it is absolutely FAT.. to lose weight a person needs to speed up their metabolism, which means both an increase in physical activity and a dramatic increase in calorie intake.. an active person needs at least 2800 calories a day – give or take up to 3000 depending on body type and amount of exercise. The other thing that really helps is water… as much as 1.5 litres a day. Activity can be just walking but walking quickly enough to speed up your heart and heat the skin. The increase in heat is an indication that calories are burning .. another helpful tip to help increase activity is to do everything that any kind of laziness would prevent such as, if you want to read a certain magazine but its in the other room and this on is right here, just get up and go get the other one.. re training the mind and body to always make the active choice in ANY situation will have a very positive effect on a persons life and body. It is always easier to just ‘not do’ but an increase in the simplest activities on a daily basis can really make a graphic difference in the short and long term of weight loss.

    Here you go:

Calories are convertible to ENERGY. Body need calories to give you strength for everything you do (physically).

While FAT are important in digesting Vitamins K, B, D, and E to be used by the body.

Both are important in diet routine. But make sure you limit your intakes.

EVERYTHING that is OVERTAKEN by the BODY is HARMFUL. Even the GOOD ONES for the body can be turned to MONSTER if not quite observed.
