What is a good way to tone your body if you lost the weight to fast?

I started eating healthy at the beginning of summer while doing a daily workout routine. Two mouths later i had lost a total of 44 pounds,but i noticed that i had arm skin and such hanging from me. When i increased my workout it did nothing. Can someone give me some advice?

    u didn’t write how old re u. if u re under 25 – just keep exercising, your skin will shrink later. it takes minimum 6 months for skin to shrink. but if u re older than 30 i am sorry to tell u that maybe it will never shrink – skin loses ability to shrink with age. but anyway keep exercising and hope for the best. i have had 3 pregnancies, the third one was when i was 28 and my stomach was quite big. now, 10 years later i have six pack cos i have been exercising every day (well, i had six pack after 3 years after pregnancy, it doesn’t take that long to shrink)

    Walk. If you start a regular walking program, it will firm you up. During this walking program, have intervals of speed walking.

    If you have a banister rail or a balustrade that will support you, sit on it and pump your legs as if you are riding a bicycle, taking care not to fall off of course. This might sound like another crazy idea and I don’t want to argue with you about that. I just want to tell you that by doing such crazy things, you are in fact not missing a single chance to lose those extra pounds. It is a way of keeping your mind alert all the time. Every thing must look like an opportunity to you.

    really, the best way to fix that would be to try to fill it back up with muscle mass, i used to be 5.9ft tall and weighed 300lbs, i dropped 185 in a little over two months and all you need to do is get a good mass buildiong workout and diet going for 2 years at most, it worked for me, now i weigh 230lbs, i am 6ft tall and i have an 8% body fat just work your a** off
