What is a good healthy way to loose weight fast?

I want to go down from a size 20 to a size 7 jeans and a size small in shirts, which will take a long ass time unfortunately, and I need to drop the weight sooner then later. I need a diet that will take the weight off quick but not unhealthy quick, If theres any diet that will help me loose 5-7 pounds a week, That would be amazing.. Thanks

    Eat 8 small but healthy meals a day and exercise daily. Drink lots and lots of water. Skip the junk foods. Start a diet schedule.
    Just an example of what you can try:
    MORNING
    Small whole grain toast and low fat milk and/or water.
    Morning jog/walk.
    After excercise: Banana or apple slices and water.
    Hula Hoop.
    LUNCH
    Chicken Salad (chicken breasts, skin removed of course.) with water or fruit smoothie (no sugar added just pure fruit.)
    Push ups, jumping jacks, stomach crunches.
    Baby carrots and water.
    Jump ropes.
    Yogurt.
    Swimming.
    DINNER
    Seafood Soup and various vegetables and water.
    Dance.
    Eat fruits before bed.
    AVOID EATING RIGHT BEFORE BED! You should wait at least 2 hours after dinner to sleep.
    ……stuff like that……

    Run errands without using the car (if the store is nearby.) Walk your dog (if you have one.) Use the stairs. Go swimming. Join a dance class and/or gym. Remember to eat a small healthy snack after you exercise. Always have breakfast. Sleep on your side or back instead of your stomach. Eat at least one of two pieces of fruit and vegetable a day. Don’t starve yourself but don’t over eat either. If you keep up a good diet plan then you’re looking forward to lose about 5 pound per week.
