What is a good exercise program you peopel use to get in shape (lose fat and gain muscle)?

Im not all that fat, but I still would like to lose some stomach fat and put muscle there and on my arms, are there any personal programs you use that you could recommend?

    Just the ever common diet and exercise. Eat healthy and do a cardiovascualr work out 3-5 times a week for 45-60 mins. Do weight training about 3-4 times a weeka and focus on those areas that you want toned. Hope I helped!
