What is a good diet to lose weight?

I wanted to know what a good diet for me would be to lose weight. I have tried almsot everything and I think theres something wrong with my metabolisim. I even tried the 5-6 small meals a day and hasn’t worked for me. The only way I can seem to lose anything is if I get the B12 shots once a week, but they are to expensive for me and I harldey eat anything anymore but still nothing is going away. Any ideas?

    perhaps you should check to see if you have a metabolic disorder. if you watch what you eat and still don’t lose weight, that could be the reason. portion control is key! if you eat healthy foods, but too much of them, you won’t lose.

    weight watchers. im on my 3rd week and i have lost 9lbs. some of you may think thats not a lot but for me it is.
    you dont have to starve or cut out any food, you eat what you want in moderation within ur points allowance. its not easy to lose weight. it requires a lot of effort and careful planning, so easy to put it on though.
    alll those other drastic measures are just drastic measures, its not healthy.
