What is a good crash diet so i can loose weight fast and keep it off?

Okay so I am currently trying to loose weight, my mid section is my only problem. Many people say crunches/sit ups, but I am more looking for a crash diet. So i can loose weight fast. I also do not have much time to work out I hope by dieting and loosing some weight I will be motivated to work out. Help please? Every crash diet helps! 🙂

    Every crash diet helps you lose weight fast but the moment you start to eat normal again you gain double the weight back.

    master cleanse diet, but you must exercise when you finish the diet or else the weight will come back quickly

    There is absolutely no way around it, to lose fat the healthy way you have to exercise and diet. You just have to be persistent and committed until you lose all the fat you want. I have started a diet and exercise plan I’m very happy with, check it out, maybe it works for you to.
