no wheat, glutton or dairy and softdrinks
I used to have a belly that people thought I was pregnant, it was really embarrassing, and since I stopped eating white bread, wheat products and softdrinks, I have a really flat stomach. I don’t even do any stomach exercise.

Look up “lower abdominal exercises” on youtube. There are a lot of helpful videos on there that you can do at home. Also, cut down on your carbs and sweets. Walking also helps shed belly fat. You’ll be surprised at how fast it can go away.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

The best way to lose fat is through a well designed diet. A good diet will burn fat from your body 24 hours a day. Exercise will only burn fat during the time you actually exercise. So, 1 hour? 24 hours vs 1 hour?
If you need help setting up a diet and a workout plan to go with it, just ask. Not a problem.
Good luck!

to have a six pack/flat stomach you must burn fat and have a low body fat %. direct ab exercises like sit-ups & crunches(or any of those TV infomercial gadgets) DO NOT burn fat! they may strengthen the area but they will not give you a six pack.
the best way to burn fat is through high intensity interval training and its something you do not have to do 6-7days per week if done right.
I highly recommend Interval Training…which is periods of high intensity work followed by periods of rest or low intensity work. combines both a strength component(for lean tissue building) and a cardiovascular component(for fat burning).
this type of training causes an effect known as EPOC…Excess Post(exercise) Oxygen Consumption. the EPOC phenomenon causes an increased rate of oxygen intake, an elevated consumption of fat for fuel and increases your metabolism up to 48 hours AFTER you exercise! burning fat while you rest!
Not only does this type of training torch bodyfat, it also saves you time. no more splitting up your days…1 day cardio, 1 day weights…more time for family, friends, work, sports. you also don’t need an fancy or expensive equipment to complete these workouts. most of them you can do at home. example:
squats
push-ups
pull-ups
planks
do each exercise for a set # of reps or time back to back without rest in-between. that equals 1 set. rest 30-60 sec then repeat whole sequence. do 3-5 complete sets. you can plug in more exercises(I do one where I pick 10 exercises and do 1 min of each) or mix in different exercises. train this way 3x/week and you will definitely see some results.
good luck!
