im 6″ and weight 195 i wanna lose some weight drop down to 175 in about 2 months. i workout 5 times a week. would appreciate some advice about supplements i already kno that i need to run and eat well im jus lookin for some additional help.

WTF why do you want to lose weight at that height? I’m 5’10″and weigh 195 too. Exercise and eat right don’t take any fat burner they are extremely unhealthy, and that weight will come back immediately after stopping taking it.
