What fruit is the most healthiest for dieting?

I have been eating oranges apples and strawberrys, i know that bananas are fattening, but what other fruits are healthy for dieting?

    bananas are good for you. they are not fattening.

    eat an avocado. get some good fats in your day (you need good fats to survive)

    try weird, tropical fruit. those tend to be higher in antioxidants and less sweet.

    You need all fruits and veggies to have a complete balanced diet. And whoever told you bananas are fattening are an idiot. To have the proper dieting you must have the proper well balanced diet to go along with it for it to work. Your body needs fruits, veggies and grains the most. Cutting one out will not help but actually do the opposite. Your body will than take what it needs to function from your body. Like muscle and tissue.

    If you’re asking this question because you want to lose weight then I would argue that fruit should be a very SMALL part of your diet.

    As natural as fruits are, they are LOADED with sugar, and sugar that goes unused turns into FAT, regardless of where it came from.

    I would limit my fruit intake to just before (30 minutes), and shortly after a workout. (Within 30 minutes.) Eating fruit before a workout will raise your blood sugar levels just a bit so that the workout will lower your blood sugar to normal levels as opposed to dropping it and causing you to feel lightheaded. Eating fruit with protein after a workout (like a protein shake with fruit blended in), is a great way to feed your muscles and provide them with the nutrients you really need.

    Make sure to look for LOW-GLYCEMIC fruits to eat. Which fruit is the healthiest? Blueberries. They’re naturally low in sugar, high in fiber, and packed with antioxidants. They’re a virtual superfood!

    So remember, keep your fruit intake minimal, and only before or after a workout.
