What exercises are good for a slimmer waist?

I have a curvy body and I love it. I don’t want to be too skinny, but I would like a slimmer waist(you know, the slimmest part of your midesection below the ribcage), to make my curves a little more defined.

I do plan on losing a little weight because I think I’m a little overweight so I’m serious about getting down to a good healthy size.

Anyone know some good waist slimming exercises?

    I’m working on this right now (though I’m a boy), cardio. Sorry for the vague answer, but I don’t know how waist slimming works with women. Try washing machine twists and SWIM because if I can’t help you in any other way…I do know that a secret to bombing out your waist is to work out your lower back and that’s what kicking in the water does for you. So, cardio and some lower back and side workouts with weights and swimming will help (if you’re not already doing this). Hope I helped. I’m down 28 pounds. I was 255, now I blend in with the crowd. I realize 225 and 230 is still heavy but I’ve demolished my waist considerably working out my lower back and upping the cardio to an hour a day.
