What exercise equipment should I use at the gym to lose weight and round and lift my butt?
I have a Gym Membership and I would like to know which equipment to use I want to lose weight over time and lift my butt and rounded it out. Do anybody have any routines I good do if I go 4 times a week also about how much weight will I lose.
