What excersise is the best to get rid of lovehandles & belly fat?

How do i get rid of my lovehandles the best? And i have a problem with belly fat too… I know about running and eatting right, but its not working very well. I just graduated last spring so i am no longer in sports so i really do need help. And the dorm food isn’t helping much, i know that for a fact. Please, no BS answers!

I only need to lose about 15-20 lb’s then Im good.

    you should exercise 30 minutes a day and do side ups… If you just do crunches u wont get rid of anyfat..

    You can start by running. That usually helps out alot. And you can complement that with sit-ups

    cardio and more cardio. You can’t isolate fat lose and if you do ab work outs you will only be building muscle under fat.

    There are some cardio activies that work better such as taebo

    100 of them.Joining a gym club would help ,they could asset your metabolism and give you the right diet to stick
    to. It works for me. I am now 55 years old. I am in the
    best shape Ive ever been. Watch out about nutritional
    supplements they try to put you on. Make sure they are not full of caffeine or fen-phen,taurine.These will hurt you in time. If you have a legitimate health food store go to them for the right supplements.Okay and Good Luck
