What can I have to make myself lose weight fast yet safely?

I’m 13 and I’m normal weight though I kinda think I need to lose a few pounds, maybe 10 – 20. Anything I can have to help me lose weight? I’m already exercising regularly, and I eat normally, but I don’t see any results. Is there a certain food/drink I can have or a safe non prescription pill I can use?

    exercise more. eat only whole grain pasta, bread, etc. eat lots of veggies, and cut back on meat. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST IT HAS BEEN PROVEN TO SLOW YOUR METABOLISM AND MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!

    Anything faster than much more than 2 pounds a week and it is not fat you are losing. Do it the old fashioned way. No wasting your money on junk. Just eat healthy, no junk food, no soda, drink plenty of water, and exercise.

    Clean your closet of the “fat” clothes. Once you’ve reached your target weight, throw out or give away every piece of clothing that doesn’t fit. The idea of having to buy a whole new wardrobe if you gain the weight back will serve as a strong incentive to maintain your new figure.
