I have flabby arms, I hate it! Half of my shirt are to tight around the upper arms, I’m trying to find ways on how to lose weight in the upper part!

Hi,
Its been a problem area that I HATED in the past so I totally understand. Please give yourself a break too ’cause you can change it, really fast too. I used to burn hours a day in the gym and still could not get rid of the ‘bat wings’ flapping around, till a trainer told me a secret.
She said forget all the fancy weight machines and just do pushups. Well I couldn’t do a decent pushup if my life depended on it, so I started at home. Did the goofiest looking ever pushups. I felt it in my arms, then tried something new…and got better and stronger and the fat went away without a big bulky muscle. The secret is you don’t have to ‘push’ your whole body weight to start.
Here’s some ideas:
1) stand at a slight angle to a countertop, feet shoulder width apart. Lean in with your hands on the counter then push off.
This was my first try. Then anytime I was near a counter, I just did it, waiting for the coffee pot, microwave etc.
It really works. Then you can progress and do ‘dorky pushups’…like the real things but just raise your upper body (shoulders/back) and really concentrate mentally on the muscles you are using.
I shrunk my arms 6 inches each in just over a month. Now I only spend 5 minutes a day on them.

I recommend you do some cardio (running, swimming, biking, etc.) to lose fat. To target the arms try doing bicep curls and tricep extensions (3-4 sets of 15-20 reps each)
