If you’re talking about toning body parts to give them curves and definitions, then I suggest you go for a whole body toning program.

I recommend Pilates as it’s a very excellent whole body toning program – it tones, sculpts, defines, strengthens and streches your core muscles i.e. the abs, back, butts, thighs and hips, all at one go, to give you a slim, slender, graceful bodyline.

The sheer act of pulling in navel back into your spine is enough to give your abs a hard, solid and trim shape.

Do it 3-4 times per week, for 30 – 45 mins per session.

Here’s the insight about Pilates: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/Pilates-exercises.html

And a round of cardio (running, walking, swimming, jogging, biking……) 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins, will melt away the top layer of fat that covers the underneath muscles, to reveal the defined muscles.

Try these 2 out, and you’ll be in for a better body shape.

As the time taken by u is too short the only way is to maintain a continuous diet for days. That is not to stop eating, but to consume some only. The way to be is illiustrated here in this website, which i suggest.

Hey, I just have a quick video that I thought you’d like today about a unique training style called “tabata” intervals.

Tabatas are actually the style of workouts we use in our workout DVDs at http://BusyManFitness.com

The video below shows you how to use this type of training to get highly intense full body workouts done in under 5 minutes, even at home… Check out the video below..
