What are the best exercises for belly fat?

Yes, I know that eating right and exercising are the best ways to lose fat, but what I want to know is what TYPE of exercise/s hone in on belly fat specifically the most effectively?

    There is no exercise method to remove fat in one particular area of the body. The only way to lose fat is to do cardio exercise for at least 40 minutes. Walking or jogging, or using cardio machines at a gym. You will reduce body fat all over, though different people gain and lose fat in different places. Unfortunately for most people, the belly is one of the places the body stores the most fat, so it takes longer to get it off.

    Hey Shawty,

    Different techniques work for different people. Cardio is a great place to start (jogging/running).

    For an alternative to cardio, there’s a pretty cool program out there called ‘The Truth About Abs’, my cousin put me on to it.
